Shipping and Bulk Product Pricing

As part of the supply chain, we aim to provide customers worldwide with technologically advanced, reliable, and stably priced products. Our products are manufactured in Guangzhou, China, with our international sales headquarters located in Katy, Houston, USA. Products for US customers are shipped from the Katy headquarters, while customers from other countries currently receive shipments directly from our Guangzhou factory.

The main factors determining product prices, besides product cost, are primarily shipping fees, tariffs, varying value-added taxes (VAT) and consumption taxes across countries, as well as compliance costs in different regions.

Global circumstances vary significantly. For example, when we initially opened our Amazon US store, Amazon automatically synchronized our listings to its Brazil site. Without thorough investigation, we simply synchronized US prices to Brazil. After a Brazilian customer placed an order, we discovered that the total shipping cost plus various taxes and fees were nearly equivalent to our listed product price. Therefore, customers from countries or regions not listed below are requested to contact us via email. We need to first understand the tax regulations and compliance costs of the destination before proceeding with transactions via PayPal.

The product prices displayed in the customer's local language (or in English if not yet translated) and local currency represent the actual checkout price. Below is the pricing explanation for countries and regions where direct checkout is currently available.

Shipped directly from Katy.  Shipping time is 3-5 days.
The unit price includes tariffs and shipping fees but does not include state-specific sales taxes.
Canada

Shipping time is 6-9 days.
The unit price is tax-inclusive, covering tariffs and the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) / Provincial Sales Tax (PST), with an average tax burden of approximately 20%. Although geographically closer to Katy, practical experience has shown that shipping from Guangzhou is faster and cheaper.
Japan Shipping time is 3-5 days.
The unit price is tax-inclusive, including the 10% consumption tax.
EU (Western Europe, Northern Europe)

Shipping time is 6-9 days.

Includes eurozone countries in Western and Northern Europe, plus Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Denmark, Poland, and the UK.
The unit price is tax-inclusive. This region has very high environmental standards, resulting in significantly high corresponding compliance costs, thus increasing the product cost. Tariffs and VAT for eurozone countries are calculated based on an average rate of 21%; other countries use their respective actual standards.
Shipping costs in the EU are also particular. For parcels valued below €150, there is a more economical simplified e-commerce shipping option available. Therefore, our products are handled in two scenarios:

  1. For unit prices below €150, the actual shipping cost is €5-6.
  2. For unit prices above €150, the IOSS shipping service cannot be used, requiring more expensive commercial couriers. Shipping costs per item range from €20-30 depending on weight, but can decrease to €5-6 for larger quantities.

Due to the above, shipping costs can decrease significantly for bulk purchases. Furthermore, when using commercial couriers, if a VAT number is provided, we can exempt VAT charges, allowing the customer to handle customs clearance themselves. Therefore, for bulk purchases, please contact us directly via email to negotiate shipping and VAT matters.
Eastern Europe, Southern Europe

Shipping time is 5-7 days.
Includes Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and other countries and regions.
The unit price is tax-inclusive, uniformly priced and settled in US dollars, with an average tax burden of 25%.
For EU countries within this region, shipping and VAT factors reference the Western Europe situation described above.

This online store is our direct sales channel for global customers, established after our sales on Amazon. Because Amazon charges fees, prices on Amazon should be approximately 10% higher than here. If the price difference is not 10%, it indicates ongoing promotional activities on the relevant Amazon site.
